Aberdeen Asset Management Inc ("AAMI"), the wholly-owned USsubsidiary of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC (LSE:ADN), announces theappointment of Vincent Esposito as Head of US Mutual Funds. £ The newly created role, reporting to Gary Bartlett, ChiefExecutive of AAMI, aims to consolidate the various aspects of AAMI'smutual fund business, including closed- and open-ended funds, fundadministration and fund distribution. The Group has $3 billion ofassets within US-listed mutual funds. £ Vincent brings to AAMI nearly 25 years industry experience, mostrecently with DWS Scudder Investments where he was a Managing Directorand President of Scudder Mutual Funds.
