If you have recently sold or otherwise transferred your entire holding(s) of ETP Securities referred to below, you should immediately forward this document to the purchaser or transferee or to the stockbroker, bank or other agent through whom the sale or transfer was effected for transmission to the purchaser or transferee.

Notice to ETP Securityholders of the Leverage Shares 3x Alibaba ETP Securities (ISIN: XS2337090851)(the "Relevant Series")

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting of ETP Securityholders of the Relevant Series dated 28 November 2022 and/or the Master Definitions Schedule relation to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded securities programme dated 16 May 2022.

On 13 December 2022, Leverage Shares plc (the "Issuer") announced that the ETP Securityholders of the Relevant Series approved the Consolidation of the ETP Securities of the Relevant Series (the "ETPs").

The Consolidation will apply to ETP Securityholders of record as of the close of markets on 16 December 2022. The ETPs will trade at their post-Consolidation ETP Security Value on 19 December 2022. The ticker symbols for the ETPs will not change.

The Consolidation will increase the ETP Security Value of the ETPs with a proportionate decrease in the number of ETPs outstanding.

On 19 December 2022, in a 1 for 192 Consolidation, ETP Securityholders will receive 1 ETP for every 192 ETPs held with a proportionate increase in the ETP Security Value of the ETPs to $10.03 per ETP.

If as a result of the Consolidation of the ETPs, an ETP Securityholder would become entitled to a fraction of an ETP Security, the Issuer will redeem such fractional ETP Security on 19 December 2022.
