This is in addition to the two interimdividends, first amounting to Rs 1.75 and second amounting to Rs 2.00 (totalingRs 3.75) per share already declared during the financial year. The above entitlement will be paid to the shareholders whose names will appearin the Register of Members on Friday, June 13, 2008. The Share Transfer Booksof the Company will be closed from Saturday, June 14, 2008 to Monday, June 23,2008 (both days inclusive).
