3i £430m 2011 3.625% Convertible Bond - XS0364710425 - Purchase by issuer
3i Group plc announces that it has made further market purchases of a total of £27,650,000 of 3i Group plc 3.625% Convertible Bond due 2011. The purchased Bonds will be cancelled. Following cancellation there will remain £257,150,000 Bonds outstanding.
