25 year Partnership with RGU

Sigma Capital Group PLC30 August 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 30 August 2006 SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC ("Sigma" or the "Company") 25-year partnership with the Robert Gordon University Sigma Capital Group PLC today announces that, following the announcement inApril 2006 of signed Heads of Agreement with the Robert Gordon University ("RGU"or the "University"), it has now entered into a legal Relationship Agreement fora 25-year partnership with RGU. The partnership has been formed to maximise the commercial value of technologiesdeveloped by RGU and is in line with Sigma's strategy of partnering withScottish Universities on a long-term basis to help them identify and progresscommercialisation opportunities. Under the terms of this partnership, Sigma will work with RGU to facilitate itscommercialisation activity across all faculties. In return, Sigma will receiveequity in new spin-out companies from the University and a share of income fromlicensing.
