Conference Call to Present the 2025 Financial Results

On 30 March 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EET (Romania Time) / 3:00 p.m. CET / 2:00 p.m. UK / 9:00 a.m. EST, Electrica's management will host a conference call for analysts and investors to present the Electrica Group's financial results for 2025. The 2025 annual financial statements will be available starting 27 March 2026, in both Romanian and English, in electronic format on the company's website, under the "Investors > Results and Reports > Financial Results" section, at https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/financial-results/financial-statements-for-2025/.

· Electrica's Individual Annual Financial Statements as of and for the fiscal year ended 31December 2025, prepared in accordance with Order of the Minister of Public Finance No. 2844/2016 approving the Accounting Regulations in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, as subsequently amended, accompanied by the Directors' Report for the year 2025 and the Independent Auditor's Report.

· Electrica's Consolidated Annual Financial Statements as of and for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, prepared in accordance with OMFP No. 2844/2016, approving the Accounting Regulations in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards adopted by the European Union, as subsequently amended, accompanied by the Directors' Report for the year 2025, the Sustainability Report (prepared in accordance with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2022/2464 on Corporate Sustainability Reporting ("CSRD") and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2772 on European Sustainability Reporting Standards ("ESRS"), transposed into national law by OMFP No. 85/2024), and the Independent Auditor's Reports.

· The Consolidated Annual Financial Statements of Societatea Energetică Electrica S.A. as of and for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025, prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union (IFRS-EU), as amended, accompanied by the Directors' Report for the year 2025 and the Independent Auditor's Report.

All of these documents will also be available in hard copy at the Company's registered office in Bucharest, located at 9 Grigore Alexandrescu Street, Sector 1, which is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Romanian time), and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Romanian time), except on public holidays.
