2022 Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Eckoh plc (AIM:ECK), the global provider of Customer Engagement Security Solutions, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 26 September 2022 at the offices of Eckoh plc, Telford House, Corner Hall, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP3 9HN.
The Company will be providing a video conference call link to enable Shareholders to follow proceedings of the meeting. All Shareholders are encouraged to use these facilities should they wish to follow the progress of the meeting but are unable to attend the AGM. Any Shareholders who wish to join the meeting by such video conference means, should contact the Company Secretary by 6:00 p.m. on 22 September 2022 at [email protected] in order to request video conference dial-in details. Please note that Shareholders will be unable to vote by video conference; Shareholders who cannot attend the AGM in person are therefore encouraged to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
The Company has today released its report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2022, together with the Notice of AGM. Electronic copies of both documents are available to download on the Company's website at www.eckoh.com.
