2021 Final Results Revised Date - Guidance Unchanged

 

Biffa plc ("Biffa" or the "Group"), the UK's leading sustainable waste management company, today announces a revised date for the publication of its final results for the full year ended 26 March 2021.

 

The Group's auditor, Deloitte LLP, has requested additional time to complete its procedures because of the practical challenges of virtual working during lockdown. As a result, the Group will now announce its final results on 1 June 2021, a short delay to the previously planned date of 26 May 2021.

 

The Board confirms that final results are expected to be in line with the trading update provided on 3 March 2021.

 

A live webcast of the results presentation will be available at 09.30 hrs on 1 June 2021 at www.biffa.co.uk/investors.
