Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Flowtech Fluidpower plc (AIM: FLO), the specialist full-service supplier of technical fluid power products and services, confirms that following the annual results announcement dated 29 March 2022, the following documents have been published and will be available to view and download from the Company's website at www.flowtechfluidpower.com:-
· Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021
· Notice convening the 2022 Annual General Meeting scheduled for 10am on 1 June 2022
The above documents have also been made available to shareholders on the Members Register as of 27 April 2022, by either electronic means or posted to those who elected hard copies.
