Publication of 2021 Annual Report and Accounts and Solvency and Financial Condition Report

Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") has, today, published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("Annual Report") on the Company's website. The Company has also submitted its Single Solvency and Financial Condition Report ("SFCR") for the year ended 31 December 2021 to the Prudential Regulation Authority.

The Annual Report and SFCR are available on the Company's website:

A copy of the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
