2018 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.3, the Company confirms that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2018 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Shareholder Documents") have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The Shareholder Documents are also available via the Company's website at http://www.dairycrest.co.uk/investors and from the Company's registered office at Claygate House, Littleworth Road, Esher, Surrey KT10 9PN.

Hard copy versions of the Shareholder Documents have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.00pm on Tuesday 17 July 2018 at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, One Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS.
