Availability of the preliminary financial results for 2017

OMV Petrom SA announces its shareholders and investors that OMV Petrom Group's preliminary consolidated results for January - December and Q4 2017 prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards will be made available on its website, www.omvpetrom.com ("Investor Relations" section), as well as on the websites of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol) and the London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols), starting with February 21, 2018, 8:00 a.m. (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publication of OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.

The consolidated financial statements are unaudited. The printed version of the reports will also be available at our headquarters at 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City").
