IRF European Finance Investments Ltd will hold its annual general meeting on Friday 29 March 2019 at the offices of Estera Services (Bermuda) Limited, Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM 12, Bermuda at 10am Bermuda time.

The following documents are being posted on 5 March 2019 to its shareholders:

2017 Financial Statements; Notice of AGM; Form of Proxy for the AGM; and Form of Direction for the AGM.

Copies of these documents are available, free of charge, from the Company's registered office at Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton, HM 12, Bermuda and the office of Hogan Lovells International LLP at Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG until the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
