2016 Annual Report & Notice of AGM 

Stadium (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies, interface displays and electronic assemblies, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 ("2016 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy were published on 30 March 2017. 

Shareholders who have opted in to receive communications online, can view the report at www.stadiuminvestors.com with their AGM notice and Form of Proxy delivered by post. 

Shareholders who receive a printed copy of financial reports will receive the 2016 Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and a Form of Proxy by post. 

The AGM is to be held at 11:00am on 4 May 2017 at the offices of N+1 Singer Advisory LLP, 1 Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX.
