The Company has posted to shareholders (whom if own at least 1000-shares) the Notice of its 2015 GSM Meeting to be held on 23 June 2015, together with the Proxy Form. Copies of the Handbook of the 2015 GSM will be available from the Company's registered office at 7F-5, 369, Fuxing N. Rd., Taipei City, Taiwan, R.O.C. in accordance with the relevant regulations.
