JUST EAT (LSE: JE.) advises that the following documents are today being mailed to the Company's shareholders and will shortly be available on the Company's website: www.just-eat.com/investors.

2. Circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting

As part of the Resolutions being put to Shareholders, the Company is proposing to seek Shareholder approval to have authority to make market purchases of up to 10 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. This is a standard authority which many listed companies maintain and which the Company has no current intention of utilising.

Copies of the Annual Report and Financial Statements 2015 and the Circular containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
