2014 Annual Report and Accounts & AGM Notification

These documents are available on the "Investors" section of the Group's website at www.horizondiscovery.com. Horizon Discovery Group plc announced preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2014 on 14 April 2015.

Copies of these documents have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
