2011 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or "the Company") announces that its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2011 and Notice of Annual General Meeting were posted to shareholders and loan noteholders this week.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Friday 30 September 2011 at Becket House, 36 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DD.
