2010 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

The Evolution Group PLC (the "Company"), the listed investment bank and private client investment management group, announces that it has today posted to shareholders copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010.
The Company also gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at The Great Room, Wax Chandlers Hall, 6 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7AD at 10 am on Tuesday 17 May 2011.
A copy of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010, the Notice of the 2011 AGM and the Form of Proxy have been submitted today to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
