2009 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF AGM
DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD), the 3D software and content company (the "Company") announces that on Friday May 7th, it posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2009. The Company also posted a circular containing a Notice of AGM convening the AGM to be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday June 4th 2010 at 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ (the "Circular").
