2008 Annual Report and Accounts / 2008 AGM Notice
Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP), the developer of Dual-FuelTM combustion technology that enables heavy-duty diesel engines to run on a combination of both diesel and natural gas, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 together with a Notice of the Annual General Meeting have now been posted to shareholders and are available to download from the Company's website at http://www.cleanairpower.com
The Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held at at 11.00am (Bermuda time) on Tuesday 28 July 2009 at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, Bermuda.
