2008 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

The Evolution Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today posted to shareholders copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008.
The Company also gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at The Great Room, Wax Chandlers Hall, 6 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7AD at 11 am on Tuesday 19 May 2009.
Two copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008, the Notice of the 2009 AGM and the Form of Proxy have been submitted today to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:-
