2007 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS & AGM NOTIFICATION
Winnersh UK, 06 June 2008: Vernalis plc (LSE: VER) gives notice that copies of the 2007 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders. These documents are available on the Investor Relations page of the Company's web site at www.vernalis.com.
