Ref: Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement in India

Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement in India, we enclose herewith the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter (Q1) ended 30th June, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank which was reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today.

Also, please note that the blackout period will end on the close of business hours on Tuesday, 28th July, 2015, consequently, the trading window will commence from Wednesday, 29th July, 2015 and will remain in force up to Wednesday, 30th September, 2015 (both days inclusive).
