OJSC Polyus Gold is to announce its 1H preliminary operating results

Today OJSC Polyus Gold is announcing its preliminary operating results for the first six months ended 30 June 2010. The relevant press release and presentation will be available at the company's web site www.polyusgold.com at 3 p.m. Moscow time (12 p.m. (noon) GMT).

OJSC Polyus Gold is an international company, Russia's leading gold producer and one of the world's largest gold mining companies in terms of market capitalization, mineral reserves base and output. The Company's international asset portfolio includes ore and alluvial deposits in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Irkutsk, Magadan and Amur Regions, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), as well as in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Romania.
