Krasnodar, May 17, 2013: OJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest retailer (the"Company"; MICEX and LSE: MGNT), is pleased to announce the opening of the135th hypermarket of a small format.

Please be informed that today the Company has opened its 135th hypermarket of asmall format located at 187 Karla Marxa prospect, Magnitogorsk, Chelyabinskregion, Urals federal district. Assortment of the hypermarket consists of morethan 6,400 SKUs, out of which about 64% are food items. There are 17 cash desksinstalled in the sales area. The hypermarket is open 7 days a week from 9 am to11 pm.
