Krasnodar, March 19, 2013: OJSC "Magnit" (the "Company"; MICEX and LSE: MGNT)is pleased to announce the opening of the 131st hypermarket of a small format.

Please be informed that today the Company has opened its 131st hypermarket of asmall format located at Vostochno-Vyborgskoe shosse / D.Kozhemyakina street,Sertolovo, Leningrad region, North West federal district. Assortment of thehypermarket consists of more than 10,900 SKUs, out of which about 82% are fooditems. There are 19 cash desks installed in the sales area. The hypermarket isopen 7 days a week from 9 am to 11 pm.
