OJSC "Magnit" Announces the Opening of the 121st Hypermarket

Krasnodar, December 26, 2012: OJSC "Magnit" (the "Company"; MICEX and LSE:MGNT) is pleased to announce the opening of the 121st hypermarket of a smallformat.

Please be informed that today the Company has opened its 121st hypermarket of asmall format located at 33 Kirova street, Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk region,Urals federal district. Assortment of the hypermarket consists of more than7,300 SKUs, out of which about 85% are food items. There are 19 cash desksinstalled in the sales area. The hypermarket is open 7 days a week from 9 am to11 pm.
