NOTICE OF DELISTING

Santander UK plc (the "Issuer")

This notice relates to the following N&C Securities issued by the Issuer under its Note, Certificate and Warrant Programme base prospectus dated 14 December 2016 and the supplements to the base prospectus dated 8 March 2017, 10 October 2017, 21 August and 9 November 2017 (together, the "Base Prospectus"):

£20,000,000 Equity Index Linked Notes due January 2024 (the "N&C Securities") issued on 27 October 2017 pursuant to the Final Terms dated 27 October 2017 (the "Final Terms").

Notice is hereby given that, as of the date of this notice, the Issuer shall delist N&C Securities in a principal amount of £16,031,518 and that consequently following the delisting the aggregate principal amount of the N&C Securities issued will be reduced to £3,968,482 (the "Outstanding N&C Securities").
