This issue is being made under the terms of the MinorityOwnership Interest Acquisition Agreement as detailed in the Company's AdmissionDocument dated 29 October 2004. This completes that last step in CaspianHoldings taking ownership of 100% of Taraz LLP and its 100% owned oil fieldZengeldy.
