Zotefoams Expects Revenue Growth Across Divisions In First Half

10th Jul 2015 07:16

LONDON (Alliance News) - Cellular material technology company Zotefoams PLC on Friday said it expects to post sales growth in the first half of 2015, boosted by its MuCell Extrusion LLC technology licensing arm.

The company said it expects first-half revenue to rise by 8%, or by 10% in constant currencies, as revenue from the MuCell business rises by around 40% and as its high-performance products sales increase by 20%.

Zotefoams said its Polyolefin foams sales are up by around 6% and it expects revenue to rise by around 5% in the unit. All three of its business units have robust order books in place, it said.

The group said that while it has benefited from lower raw material prices, this has been offset by the currency translation impact had by the weak euro on its European sales.

Shares in Zotefoams were untraded early Friday, having last traded at 326.00 pence.
