LONDON (Alliance News) - Zoltav Resources Inc Tuesday said it has appointed Alastair Ferguson as an executive director.
Ferguson has been a non-executive director of the company since May this year. He has worked for the likes of BP PLC and TNK-BP in the past and is currently a non-executive director on the board of AIM-listed JKX Oil & Gas PLC.
"Alastair's highly relevant experience is valuable to Zoltav; so I am I am delighted that he has agreed to take on an executive role with the company. We look forward to Alastair's contribution to the advancement of Zoltav's Koltogor and Bortovoy Licences and its acquisition strategy," said Zoltav Chairman Symon Drake-Brockman.
Zoltav shares were down 8.1% to 85.00 pence on Tuesday.
