LONDON (Alliance News) - Azerbaijan-focused oil and gas firm Zenith Energy Ltd on Friday said Non-Executive Director Francesco Salimbeni has died.
Salimbeni had 50 years of experience in the petroleum industry, Zenith said, and was a key player at the AGIP group, which later became Italian oil and gas giant Eni SpA.
"On behalf of Zenith and its shareholders, I would like to express our profound sympathies and condolences to Francesco's family," said Andrea Cattaneo, Zenith's chief executive.
Shares in Zenith were down 0.4% to 10.08 pence on Friday.
