LONDON (Alliance News) - Zegona Communcations PLC on Wednesday said it intends to begin trading on the London Main Market on September 25, moving from AIM.
"The directors of Zegona continue to appraise acquisition opportunities to grow the company and create value for shareholders and have always expected that the company would need to move to the Main Market in order to achieve their ambitions for Zegona," the AIM-listed company said.
"The recent completion of the acquisition of Telecable provides the company with an advanced platform for the move and the board considers that admission to trading on the Main Market will increase its profile and attractiveness to a broader range of investors in advance of further acquisitions," it added.
Shares in Zegona were trading flat at 160.00 pence late Wednesday.
