LONDON (Alliance News) - Zegona Communications PLC on Wednesday confirmed its exclusivity period with TeliaSonera, parent company of Spanish mobile telecommunications firm Yoigo, has expired.
Back in March, Zegona confirmed media speculation it potentially would acquire Yoigo in a reverse takeover.
Zegona said Wednesday it expects to make a further announcement on the status of this possible deal shortly.
Shares in Zegona were untraded Wednesday. They last closed at 134.00 pence.
