LONDON (Alliance News) - Zambeef Products PLC on Monday said that Adam Fleming has retired as a non-executive director. He will step down from the board immediately.
The food producer, which has operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, said that Graham John Clark will replace Fleming.
"Adam's expertise, knowledge and business experience has been greatly appreciated over his 12 years on the board. We are very grateful to him for his significant contribution to Zambeef's growth and expansion in the period, and we wish him well for the future," Chairman Jacob Mwanza said.
"I also take this opportunity to welcome Graham Clark to the board of Zambeef. I believe that his extensive and highly relevant experience will be of significant value to Zambeef," Mwanza added.
Shares in Zambeef were down 3.7% at 9.75 pence on Monday afternoon.
