(Alliance News) - Zambeef Products PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Faith Mukutu as chief financial officer & executive director.
The Africa focused food producer also said it has appointed Michael Mundashi as an independent non-executive director. Both board appointments are with immediate effect.
Mukutu most recently serving was financial director of Zambia Sugar PLC. Prior to this Mukutu was finance director of Zambian Breweries PLC, a division of SABMiller Group PLC.
Mundashi serves as managing partner of Mulenga Mundashi Legal Practitioners, a law firm he co-founded in 1999.
London-listed shares in Zambeef Products were down 14% at 5.25 pence each on Thursday afternoon.
