LONDON (Alliance News) - Zambeef Products PLC on Tuesday said Executive Director Yusuf Koya has resigned from the company's board with immediate effect.
Koya joined Zambeef as group general manager in May 2005 and in June 2006 he was appointed a board director. He will continue to remain a "senior employee" in the company.
Furthermore, the Africa-focused food producer intends to appoint current deputy managing director and future chief executive Walter Roodt to the board.
Zambeef shares were trading down 0.5% at 10.30 pence each on Tuesday.
