LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile device applications and services provider Zamano PLC said Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer Ross Conlon has tendered his resignation to pursue other interests.
This resignation took effect Monday, and Conlon has agreed to facilitate a smooth handover. Zamano said its board will immediately begin the process of appointing a successor to Conlon.
Zamano said that since reporting its 2015 results in March, it has continued its positive performance in revenue and profit, and added that it will continue to focus on its core activities whilst exploring acquisition and partnership opportunities.
Shares in Zamano were untrade Tuesday afternoon. They last closed at 10.42 pence.
