York Capital Management Global Advisors Ups Stake To 3.0% In GKN (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - GKN PLC said on Wednesday that York Capital Management Global Advisors LLC increased its stake in the UK's engineering blue-chip company in transaction on Monday.

York Capital Management Global Advisors upped its interest to 3.0% from below notifiable level.

GKN shares were closed down 0.2% at 420.30 pence per share on Wednesday.
