LONDON (Alliance News) - Xplorer PLC, the oil and gas investment company that recently listed on AIM, Monday said it now has a short list of four possible initial investments and has started talks with all of them.
"Our intention remains to acquire a substantial operator in the Oil and Gas sector which displays strong investment credentials leading to robust interest from private and professional investors alike," Chairman John Davies said in a statement ahead of the company's annual general meeting.
Xplorer shares last traded at 21.75 pence.
