LONDON (Alliance News) - Xpediator PLC said Friday it was no longer in talks to buy Slovenian logistics firm Intereuropa dd, but still has a "good" pipeline of further acquisition opportunities.
In mid January, the freight management firm confirmed it was in talks with the controlling shareholders of Intereuropa about a potential takeover following press reports they were taking place.
"Xpediator continues to have a good pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities particularly in the UK and Europe which are at various stages of consideration and evaluation," Xpediator emphasised in a statement Friday.
Shares in Xpediator were 4.4% higher at 48.00 pence on Friday. The AIM-listed firm will announce its 2018 results on Monday next week.
