Xpediator CFO Howard To Depart, Search For Successor "Well Advanced"

6th Sep 2019 12:33

(Alliance News) - Freight management firm Xpediator PLC said on Friday Chief Finance Officer Stuart Howard will be stepping down with immediate effect to pursue "other business interests".

Richard Myson, the group's previous CFO and currently head of internal audit, will resume the role of CFO on an interim basis until a permanent appointment is made.

Stephen Blyth will now continue as chief executive officer and no longer move to the role of executive chair, as had been previously announced. Similarly, Alex Borrelli will remain as non-executive chair.

The search for a new non-executive director is "well advanced", Xpediator said, and it expects to make an appointment soon. In addition, the search for a permanent CFO is also "well advanced".

Shares in Xpediator were down 0.4% at 23.40 pence in London on Friday.
