LONDON (Alliance News) - XP Power Ltd Thursday said Non-Executive Chairman Larry Tracey is retiring and stepping down from his role on June 30.
The power-supplies manufacturer said that current Deputy Chairman and Founder James Peters will replace Tracey as non-executive chairman.
XP Power also said Tracey sold 1.0 million shares at a price of 1,600 pence each in a transaction worth about GBP16 million gross. Tracey now holds a total of 120,000 shares in the company, representing a 0.62% shareholding.
XP Power shares were trading 0.2% higher Thursday afternoon at 1,650.00 pence.
