LONDON (Alliance News) - XLMedia PLC on Tuesday said it has started a strategic review of its business and will consider all options to try to maximise shareholder value.
The digital marketing services business said it will consider all options as part of the review, including acquiring or merging with another business, raising money from a third-party investor, or selling the company.
Canaccord Genuity will be its lead financial adviser on the review, with Cenkos Securities PLC to act as financial adviser.
XLMedia shares were down 5.4% to 59.85 pence Tuesday morning.
