(Alliance News) - Xeros Technology Group PLC, a developer and provider of water saving technologies, on Friday said Richard Ellis has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Ellis is stepping down in line with his retirement plans, the company said.
"I would like to thank Richard for his contribution over the last four and a half years, and we wish him well in his retirement. During this period Xeros has developed from being a single application in a single market to one with a range of products being progressively licensed in multiple geographies," said Chair David Armfield.
Shares in the company were trading 3.6% lower at 6.36 pence each on Friday afternoon.
