LONDON (Alliance News) - Business process services and technology company Xchanging PLC on Tuesday said its new chief executive will join the company earlier than originally anticipated.
Craig Wilson will join the company as chief executive designate on October 5, having originally been due to start on November 1, though he will still take up the chief executive role fully on January 1, 2016, as originally announced.
Wilson joins Xchanging from HP Enterprise Services. He replaces Ken Lever, who will leave at the end of the year.
Shares in Xchanging were up 1.3% to 97.00 pence on Tuesday morning.
