Xaar Reports Retirement Of Chief Operations Officer Ted Wiggans

LONDON (Alliance News) - Xaar PLC, an inkjet technology company, announced Tuesday that Chief Operations Officer Ted Wiggans has stepped down from the board effective March 31.

Wiggans, 62, joined Xaar in January 2011, with over 30 years' experience in high technology operations. Prior to joining Xaar he was chief operating officer at Cambridge Semiconductor Ltd.

Chief Executive Officer Doug Edawards said: "We would like to thank Ted for his many contributions to Xaar, and wish him well in his retirement."

Shares in Xaar were down 5% Tuesday midday to 318.67 pence each.
