(Alliance News) - Wynnstay Properties PLC on Thursday said its finance director and company secretary will resign at the end of September and it has appointed a part-time finance director services firm to replace him.
Shares in Wynnstay Properties closed down 3.4% at 550.40 pence in London.
Toby Parker steps down effective September 30, though he will be available as a consultant until October 30 "in order to effect a smooth handover to his successors".
His role will be taken over on October 1 by FD Centre Ltd, which provides part-time finance director services to small and medium enterprises.
Wynnstay Properties will specifically work with Alan Palmer, a principal at FD Centre who "has extensive experience of the commercial property sector, with former senior roles in finance, treasury and corporate finance in quoted property companies".
Susan Wallace, a founding partner of Bruce Wallace Associates Ltd, has been selected as new company secretary, also from October 1.
"Both Palmer and Wallace will report directly to the company's board of directors to ensure an effective and dynamic management framework that will continue to deliver growth in long-term shareholder value," said Wynnstay Properties.
