LONDON (Alliance News) - Wynnstay Group PLC on Tuesday reported the retirement of long-time Chief Executive Officer Ken Greetham and said that senior executive Gareth Davies has been promoted to the post of chief executive officer designate.
Greetham, will retire in early July after 21 years working with the agricultural company, the last 10 as head of the company.
Davies joined the company in 1999 and has been joint managing director of Wynnstay (Agricultural Supplies) Ltd for the past five years. He is also a director of some of Wynnstay's joint venture and associate companies.
Shares in Wynnstay Group were trading marginally higher at 463.00 pence.
